About Our Service
Our service provides clients with access to extensively researched, pre-secured auto lease deals. While we do not act as a party to your individual lease agreement, every deal in our network has been carefully vetted and negotiated to ensure competitive terms before it ever reaches you.
The Access Fee
Lease Vault charges a one-time access fee of $299 per lease. This fee is charged only after a deal has been identified and presented to you, and you have agreed to move forward. The access fee covers:
- Access to our network of extensively researched, pre-negotiated lease deals
- Matching you with the best pre-secured deal in our network for your needs
- Expert guidance and market knowledge throughout the entire process
- Full cost breakdown and deal transparency
Deal Availability & Terms
While every deal in our network has been carefully vetted and negotiated, specific pricing and availability are subject to change based on manufacturer programs, inventory, and dealership availability. Final lease terms are confirmed between you and the dealership at signing.
Refund Policy
The $299 access fee is non-refundable once a deal has been presented and accepted by the client. If no suitable deal is found for your needs, you will not be charged. Lease Vault stands behind the quality of every deal in our network — if a presented deal cannot be honored by the dealership for reasons unrelated to the client's credit profile or financial qualifications, we will issue a full refund.
Client Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your needs, preferences, and financial situation
- Understand that final lease approval is subject to dealership and lender credit requirements
- Review all lease documents carefully before signing
- Not hold Lease Vault liable for any terms, conditions, or disputes arising from your lease agreement with a dealership
Limitation of Liability
Lease Vault provides access to pre-negotiated deals and expert guidance but is not a party to your individual lease agreement. We are not responsible for the performance of any vehicle, the conduct of any dealership, or the terms of any lease agreement entered into between you and a dealership. Our liability is limited to the amount of the access fee paid.
Intellectual Property
All content on leasevault.co — including text, design, and graphics — is the property of Lease Vault and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
